What do you need from me to start?
An idea and, ideally, a link to your website. We pull your messaging, colours and tone from there. Logos, brand guidelines or existing footage help, but they are optional.
Do I need to write the script?
No. A standard script and storyboard are part of every package, and we make them as part of production. You can change either in your first revision round, when you review the finished cut in your portal and send notes.
How long does a video take?
It depends on the package: from 5 business days for a social short, up to 15 for a brand story. The timer starts when your deposit arrives.
What if I don't like the first cut?
Every package includes revision rounds. You leave notes in your portal and we revise within your included revision rounds. We quote extra rounds before we start.
